Introduction
Many platforms now offer close captioning feature making it easy for user experience. Giving a textual representation of what is being spoken and heard on any type of video format as it is happening is referred to as captioning or closed captioning. For those who are total ear loss or have hearing impairments, closed subtitles are designed expressly to help them follow along.
This project elaborates on my design journey in designing a new feature for Whatsapp. This was a personal project.
For people with disabilities : People with disabilities need extra help in when they need to experience WhatsApp even better.
